## Discrepancy

OIL TRANSFER TUBE LOOSE IN CRANKSHAFT.  SUSPECT POOR QUALITY OF FLARING. INVESTIGATION FOUND TWO OTHER CRANKSHAFTS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.
