FUSELAGE FRAMES (21OFF) CRACKED AT PASSENGER SERVICE UNIT (PSU) ATTACHMENT POINTS.  FOUND DURING EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION IAW EI 737-53-68R3 AND NDT TECHNIQUES E-13 AND E-18.
