(AUS) THROTTLE INNER CABLE BROKE APPROXIMATELY 25MM (1IN) FROM SLIDING SLEEVE INSIDE FLEXIBLE PART OF CABLE ON THE ENGINE SIDE - CABLE HAD A VERY MINOR KINK NEAR THE ATTACHMENT BRACKET - SUSPECT  INCORRECT INSTALLATION - PERSONNEL/MAINTENANCE ERROR
