## Discrepancy

(AUS) INTAKE ALTERNATE AIR VALVE ILLEGALLY MODIFIED. THE VALVE WAS SEALED CLOSED WITH SEALANT AND A PLASTIC OIL BOTTLE WAS GLUED OVER THE TOP. PERSONNEL/MAINTENANCE ERROR. UNAPPROVED MODIFICATION.
