## Discrepancy

(AUS) PROPELLER HUB DAMAGED ON ENGINE HALF SIDE FOLLOWING A GROUND STRIKE.   HUB WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE CONTRARY TO INSTRUCTIONS IN THE MANUAL.  PERSONNEL/MAINTENANCE ERROR.
