(AUS) NR 2 CYLINDER EXHAUST PIPE TO CYLINDER MOUNTING FLANGE CRACKED APPROXIMATELY 50.8 MM (2 INCHES) AROUND CIRCUMFERENCE OF WELD.  FOUND DURING INSPECTION IAW AD/X-TS/1.  PART TC:  195.
