## Discrepancy

(AUS) LT ENGINE HIGH PRESSURE TURBINE BLADE CONTAINED IMPACT DAMAGE AND MISSING MATERIAL.  ONE FUEL NOZZLE FOUND CHAFED (FRETTING WEAR ON THE NOZZLE STEM).  LARGE AMOUNTS OF MATERIAL MISSING FROM THECOMBUSTOR OUTER COWL.
