(AUS) NR 6 ACCESSORY DRIVE GEAR REAR BEARING BRONZE CARRIER DAMAGED.  SUBMITTER SUSPECTED CAUSED BY OIL STARVATION DUE TO BLOCKED OIL GALLERY WHICH WAS CAUSED BY AN INCORRECTLY  FITTED SEAL.  METAL CONTAMINATION OF ENGINE OIL SYSTEM.
