## Discrepancy

(AUS) POTABLE WATER LEVEL SENSOR HEATER RIBBON ELEMENT LOCATED IN THE AFT END OF THE FORWARD CARGO HOLD WAS FOUND TO BE SMOULDERING.  INVESTIGATION FOUND CHAFING OF THE RIBBON ELEMENT WIRING.
