## Discrepancy

(AUS) AFT CARGO DOOR ROTARY ACTUATOR FAULTY.  MOUNT BOLTS SHEARED AND ACTUATOR OUT OF POSITION.   DAMAGE CAUSED TO SURROUNDING STRUCTURE.  MOUNT BEAM CRACKED, DOUBLER PLATE BUCKLED, AND FLOOR BEAM CRACKED.
