## Discrepancy

(AUS) NR 7 CYLINDER EXHAUST VALVE PUSHROD BENT AND PUSHROD SHROUDDAMAGED CAUSING OIL LEAK. INVESTIGATION FOUND THE VALVE STEM CAP SEPARATED AND THE PISTON SUFFERING FROM SLIGHT IMPACT DAMAGE WITH THE EXHAUST VALVE. METAL CONTAMINATION OF OIL FILTER.
