## Discrepancy

(AUS) BRAKE ROTATING DISC FAILED. A PART OF THE FAILED DISC PUNCTURED THE WHEEL INNER HALF AND DEFLATED THE TUBE. THE THREE ROTATING DISCS ON THE BRAKE UNIT HAD CRACKS EMINATING FROM THEEXPANSION SLOTS.
