## Discrepancy

(AUS) RAM AIR TURBINE (RAT) MODULE CHECK VALVE CRACKED. LOSS OF HYDRAULIC FLUID. INVESTIGATION FOUND THAT THE HEX HEAD SEPARATEDFROM THE CHECK VALVE BODY DUE TO A FRACTURE BETWEEN THE UPPER O' RING GROOVE AND THE INTERNAL BODY THREAD RELIEF.
