## Discrepancy

(AUS) SECOND STAGE COMPRESSOR BLADES (2OFF) FAILED). MAJOR DOWNSTREAM DAMAGE. SEVERAL OTHER SECOND STAGE ROTOR BLADES WERE FOUND TO BECRACKED FROM THE TRAILING EDGE.
