## Discrepancy

(AUS) CROSSFEED FUEL LINE LOCATED IN LT WHEEL WELL CHAFING ON UNDERCARRIAGE ACTUATOR CONTROL ROD. THE FUEL LINE HAD BEEN COVERED WITH A PLASTIC SLEEVE AFTER THE DAMAGE HAD OCCURRED.  SUSPECT CAUSED BY INADEQUATE SECURING OF FUEL LINE. PERSONNEL/MAINTENANCE ERROR.
