(AUS) RT ENGINE SCAVENGE PUMP COVER BOLT TAB WASHERS WERE NOT LOCKED. THE BOLTS WERE TIGHT. AREA HAD NOT BEEN DISTURBED SINCE FACTORY ASSEMBLY.
