## Discrepancy

(AUS) ENGINE OIL PUMP INLET FOD. INVESTIGATION FOUND A SMALL PIECE OF RUBBER TUBING LODGED IN THE OIL PUMP INLET, RESTRICTING OIL FLOWTO THE PUMP. ENGINE WAS BEING GROUND RUN FOR INSTALLATION FOLLOWING REPAIR. PERSONNEL/MAINTENANCE ERROR.
