## Discrepancy

(AUS) PROPELLER HUB DAMAGED IN AREA OF PRELOAD PLATE SHELF. SUSPECT PROPELLER HAD SUFFERED A GROUND STRIKE AND THE DAMAGED AREA HAD BEEN REMOVED BY WHAT APPEARS TO BE SCRAPING. UNAPPROVED REPAIR. PERSONNEL/MAINTENANCE ERROR.
