## Discrepancy

(AUS) NR 1 ENGINE REDUCTION GEARBOX CHIP DETECTOR ACTIVATION. THE CHIP DETECTOR WAS REMOVED AND CONTAINED A FRAGMENT OF GEAR TOOTH.  BOROSCOPE INSPECTION FOUND DAMAGE TO A SECOND STAGE REDUCTION GEAR TOOTH.
