## Discrepancy

(AUS) HYDRAULIC PUMP DRIVE SHAFT CASE HARDENING HAD FAILED IN AREA OF KEYWAY ALLOWING KEY TO TILT AND JAM.  RESIDUAL METAL FROM FAILED AREA HAD DAMAGED SHAFT SEAL LEADING TO FLUID LEAKAGE.
