## Discrepancy

(AUS) OIL DRAIN VALVE BROKEN OFF FLUSH WITH SURFACE OF OIL SUMP.  THREADED PORTION OF DRAIN VALVE ADAPTER STILL LOCATED IN SUMP.  DRAIN VALVE AND REST OF ADAPTER MISSING. LOSS OF ENGINE OIL.
