(AUS) RT ENGINE OIL FILTER CONTAMINATED WITH METAL.  INVESTIGATION FOUND NR 5 CYLINDER INJECTOR NOZZLE WAS PARTIALLY BLOCKED CAUSING TORCHING OF NR 5 PISTON.
