## Discrepancy

(AUS) NR 6 CYLINDER INTAKE VALVE BROKEN OFF AT UPPER PART OF VALVE STEM.  BROKEN INTAKE VALVE CAUSED EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO CYLINDER.
