(AUS) TAIL ROTOR GEARBOX PITCH CHANGE BEARING FAILED. PITCH CHANGESHAFT SERVO END NUT AND LOCKWASHER MISSING. SUSPECT FAILURE OF BEARING DUE TO CONTAMINATION BY H5606 ACTUATOR OIL CAUSING THE LUBRICATING CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SEALED BEARING TO CHANGE.
