## Discrepancy

(AUS) FUEL SELECTOR VALVE INCORRECTLY ASSEMBLED.  VALVE HAD BEEN FITTED WITH SHAFT 180 DEGREES OUT OF POSITION.  PERSONNEL/MAINTENANCE ERROR.
