## Discrepancy

NR 2 ENGINE LOST OIL QUANTITY AND PRESSURE, ENGINE SHUT DOWN.  TROUBLESHOT SYS, FOUND CHAFED OIL COOLER INLET LINE.  REPLACED LINE, LEAK AND OPS CHECK GOOD.  RECOMMENDATION:  CLOSE, NO RELATED HISTORY.
