PHX - EEL - C - DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION FOUND R1 DOOR EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY PACK AT R1 DOOR, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
