## Discrepancy

PHX - EEL - C - DURING INSPECTION EMERGENCY LIGHT AT ROW 13 LT WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED LIGHT ASSEMBLY AT ROW 13 LT, OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD.
