## Discrepancy

PHX - EEL - DURING INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY ESCAPE PATH LIGHT AT SEAT ROW 9 LT WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY ESCAPE PATH LIGHT ASSEMBLY AT SEAT ROW 9 LT, OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD.
