## Discrepancy

PHX - EEL - DURING INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS SEAT ROW 15 LEFT AND AFT WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY UNDER SEAT ROW 17 LEFT, OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD.
