## Discrepancy

NOSE LANDING GEAR DOWN AND LOCK INDICATION INOP.  FERRIED TO PHX.  DURING LANDING GEAR MODULE TEST, FAILED STEP 4F.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR ACCESSORY MODULE.  OPS GOOD.
