AIR TURNBACK - ECAM MESSAGE, LANDING GEAR DOORS OPEN, NOT CLOSED.  CYCLED LANDING GEAR BUT SAME RESULT.  REPLACED NOSE GEAR DOORS UPLOCK ACTUATOR PER R4N32302.  OPS NORMAL.
