ON FLIGHT, CALLED FLIGHT CONTROL VIA UNICOM AT 1140Z  TO TELL US HE WAS TAXING BACK TO RAMP.  WHILE INCREASING POWER FOR TAKEOFF, PROP WENT INTO FEATHER.
