DEAD MAGNETO ON RUN UP.  FOUND MAGNETO ROTATED IN ITS CLAMPS, TIMING WAY OFF.  REMOVED MAG AND FOUND IMPULSE COUPLING MISSING CORNER OF PAWL PLATE.
