## Discrepancy

OVERHAULED AUDIO PANEL FAILED 7.2 HOURS AFTER INSTALLATION.  AUDIO PANEL WAS INSTALLED AT ACFT TT 3787.2 AND PASSED OPERATIONAL CHECKS AT THAT TIME. COMPLETE FAILURE WAS REPORTED 7.2 HOURS LATER.
