THIS SDR SUBMITTED LATE DUE TO AUDIT FINDING.  L2 PAX DOOR ARMING LEVER DOES NOT ACTION TO ARM THE DOOR, LEVER STUCK IN DISARM POSITION. DOOR MODE SELECT MECHANISM OUT OF ADJUSTMENT.
