THIS SDR SUBMITTED LATE DUE TO AUDIT FINDINGS. BRAKE FAULT MESSAGE ON EICAS.  OBSERVED OUTBOARD BRAKES NOT WORKING ON OP CHECK. BCM1 SOV TEST FAILED. REPLACED BRAKE SOV VALVE.
