ON CLIMB OUT GOT A STRONG BURNING SMELL AT 28000 FT, TURNED RIGHT HAND PACK OFF AT 31000 FT AND SMELL DISIPATED AND DID NOT COME BACK THE REST OF THE FLIGHT. DEFFERRED RIGHT PACK.
