RUDDER FAIL AT 30,000 FEET. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND LANDED AT NEAREST SUITABLE AIRPORT. LANDED WITH OUT RUDDER. REMOVED AND REPLACED UPPER PCU. ALL RUDDER OPS CHECKS AND PCU AUTO RIGGING CHECKS GOOD.
