## Discrepancy

CABIN ODOR - RIGHT ENGINE SPINNER COVERED IN OIL, OIL SPLATTER IN COWLING. OIL SMELL IN FLIGHT DECK AND CABIN ON DESCENT AROUND 10K FEET.  COMPLIED WITH FIM TASKS IN REFERENCE TO A220 AMM 71-00-00. FOUND NO OIL LEAK, FLUID FOUND TO BE DE-ICING FLUID. NO SMELL OF OIL IN CABIN NOR FLIGHT DECK DURING ENGINE RUN. AIRCRAFT GOOD FOR CONTINUED SERVICE. NO EMERGENCY DECLARED.
