EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKERING ON AND OFF IN ARMED PPOSITION. EMERGENCY LIGHTS ALSO TURNED ON AFRTER AIRCRAFT WAS POWERED DOWN WITH SWITCH IN OFF POSITION. ERMER LT BATT FAULT EICAS INTERMITTENT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER UNIT NR 4.
