EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY FAULOT, RH CTR ELPU HARD FAULTED CAUSING SOME OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS TO TURN ON AND OFF UNCOMMANDED. REPLACED THE RH CTR ELPU.
