## Discrepancy

ACTUATOR FAILED OUT OF BOX. LAST REPAIR 8-080019-83, SHAFT ON ACTUATOR IS ONLY MOVING ONE INCH IN EITHER DIRECTION AND THEN LOCKING UP. REPLACED WITH UNIT FROM ASSET.
