FORK LINK BEARING WORN PREMATURELY.   S/N 3040 WAS TAKEN FROM ASSET AND USED ON PBH. REC'D S/N 3675 FROM AEC TO REPLACE ASSET STOCK.  REPLACED WITH SERVICABLE UNIT FROM AEC.
