## Discrepancy

FLIGHT 750, PHL-BRU:  RUDDER TRIM INOPERATIVE WOULD NOT TRIM TO THE RIGHT.  FLIGHT RETURNED TO PHL.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE P8 TRIM CONTROL PANEL.  NO FURTHER FAULTS.
