## Discrepancy

PHL  FLT 0703  FRA TO PHL - DURING THE FLIGHT, THE FIRST OFFICER'S CONTROL WHEEL WAS BINDING WHILE USING THE AILERONS.  THE FLIGHT CONTINUED AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE IS CURRENTLY INSPECTING THE AIRCRAFT.
