## Discrepancy

MSP - FLT 447 - CREW REPORTED THE LT ARTIFICAL HORIZON WOULD NOT PULL THE FLAG ON PREFLIGHT CHECK.  THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS CYCLED AND ALL INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL.  THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS REPLACED AND ACFT WAS RELEASED.  (W)
