## Discrepancy

MSP - FLT 447 - RIGHT ENGINE WAS SURGING WHEN SET TO TAKEOFF POWER.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO HANGER AND MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE PROP GOVERNOR LOW SETTING.  RUN UP TEST WAS SATISFACTORY, AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (M)
