## Discrepancy

DURING REMOVAL OF HORIZONTAL STABILATOR TRIM TAB HINGES FOR REPLACEMENT, FOUND BOTH TRIM TABS CRACKED UNDER CONTROL HORN ATTACHMENT.  CRACKS NOT VISIBLE WITH TABS ATTACHED.  SUBMITTER SUGGEST REMOVAL OF HORN AT ANNUAL INSPECTION FOR ROUTINE INSPECTION.
