FOUND SEVERE CORROSION ON WING SPAR BEHIND MAIN FUEL TANK REQUIRING SPAR REPLACEMENT.  SUBMITTER STATES REMOVAL OF FUEL TANKS FOR SPAR INSPECTION SHOULD BECOME A MANDATORY INSPECTION ITEM AT FIVE-YEAR INTERVALS.
